FicVerse Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the FicVerse service available at ficverse.app.

1. General

FicVerse lets users create fiction and fanfics using artificial intelligence technologies. By using the service, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms. The minimum user age is 14.

2. Registration

Sign-in is available via Google and Yandex. By registering, the user consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Virtual chapters

The service offers chapter packages for purchase. One chapter is a unit of access to content generation. The number of chapters available to the user is shown in their account.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via YooKassa and Lava. Chapter package prices are published on the site and may be changed by the administration.

5. User content

The user retains rights to the texts they create. The user grants the service a non-exclusive right to store, display, publish and distribute the created content as part of the service's operation. By default, created fanfics are public. The user can change publication settings or delete their content.

6. Restrictions

It is prohibited to: — publish illegal content; — violate the rights of third parties; — post extremist materials; — use the service for spam; — publish pornographic content or 18+ materials. The administration may remove materials that violate these Terms.

7. Artificial intelligence

Generated content is created automatically. The administration does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or uniqueness of generation results.

8. Termination of access

The administration may restrict a user's access for violating these Terms. The user may delete their account at any time.
